At Willow Bath & Vanity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury bathroom fixtures. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your vanity or fixture in its original crate or box, ensuring all hardware, components, and protective padding are securely included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the package and schedule a freight pickup or drop off the item at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for any damages or use, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
