What is the typical lead time for shipping a vanity?
Most in-stock vanities are processed within 2-3 business days. Due to their size and weight, freight shipping typically takes 7-10 business days for delivery depending on your location.
Do your vanities come fully assembled?
Yes, the majority of our Willow Bath & Vanity cabinets arrive fully assembled. You will only need to attach the backsplash and install your preferred faucet and plumbing.
What materials are used in your vanity construction?
We prioritize durability and luxury, using solid wood frames and high-quality MDF panels for moisture resistance, topped with authentic Italian Carrara marble or engineered quartz.
What is your return policy for large furniture items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unused. Please note that return shipping fees for freight items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Are the countertops pre-drilled for faucets?
Yes, our stone countertops come pre-drilled with standard 8-inch widespread hole configurations to accommodate a variety of luxury faucet styles.
Do you offer white-glove delivery services?
Standard shipping is curbside delivery. However, we do offer white-glove delivery options at checkout which include room-of-choice placement and removal of packaging materials.
